This movie Chillar Party is the story of a bunch of kids from Chandan Nagar called Encyclopedia, Jhanghia, Akram, Secondhand, Panauti, Silencer, Aflatoon and Shaolin in whose lives enter two strangers – Fatka and Bheedu.

Story is something like that Eight kids stand up to a mighty politician and their mission is to save a dog that belongs to a child in their group. Each member of the chillar party has specific names according to their quality.
